Multi-platinum, singer/songwriter Dan Fogelberg’s 1979 solo concert at Carnegie Hall is now available as a double CD set and digitally beginning today, May 12. Produced by Dan’s wife, Jean Fogelberg, and his lifelong friend and manager, Irving Azoff, Dan Fogelberg – Live At Carnegie Hall will be released independently through Nether Lands Records. Dan Fogelberg considered the performance at Carnegie Hall on April 17, 1979 to be one of his career highlights. The 26-song solo performance accentuates Fogelberg’s prowess on guitar and piano, as well as his diverse musical styles. The original recording of the concert was recently discovered by Jean Fogelberg, who asked 11-time GRAMMY winning Mastering Engineer Bob Ludwig to restore the recording and recreate the room acoustics that fans enjoyed during the original concert at the iconic concert hall.
